Sun, 14 December 2008 In many Christian circles today, the term "Advent" has been all but lost to more familiar and contemporary terms for Christmas and the Christmas season. Advent simply means "Coming," and we will be taking the next five weeks to celebrate the coming of Jesus, and the way we should live in light of it. Over these five weeks we'll consider The Anticipation, The Announcement, The Arrival, The Adoration and The Assignment.
